AN ACT TO NAME THE TRAINING AREA OF THE JOHN P. MULHERN JR. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS CENTER TO THE JAMES E. TURNER, III EDUCATIONAL CENTER.

This bill names the training area of the John P. Mulhern Jr. Emergency Management Operations Center the “James E. Turner, III Educational Center”.
