AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM II ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

This bill expands the purview of the DPAS II Advisory Committee which serves to provide advice to the Secretary of Education and the State Board in the promulgation of regulations relating to DPAS II.
