Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 16 AND 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE EMERGENCY REPORTING SYSTEM FUND AND PROCEDURES RELATING THERETO.
Synopsis:This Bill corrects some technical defects in the enactment of the funding provisions of the integrated wireline and wireless E-911 system and applies the procedural, administrative and enforcement provisions for the general revenue laws of this State to the E-911 Emergency Reporting System Fund surcharge. The Act also authorizes the Director of Revenue (to the extent he performs collection duties with regard to this surcharge), along with the Secretary of Public Safety, to issue regulations to implement Chapter 101 of Title 16.
