Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PARAMEDIC SERVICES.
Synopsis:This legislation clarifies the definition and role of the State EMS Directors in the statewide paramedic system. It also clarifies their role in providing on scene patient care in the performance of their duties and identifies them clearly as EMS providers entitled to liability protection afforded to such providers.
