Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MERIT SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION.
Synopsis:This Act exempts state workers who are injured on deployment for the United States Military or National Guard from being required to use sick leave to recover from the injuries after returning to their state job.
