Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CONTINUOUS REMOTE ALCOHOL MONITORING PILOT PROGRAM.
Synopsis:This bill codifies the Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring Program as a permanent sentencing and supervision mechanism for Delaware Courts, the Department of Correction, and the Board of Parole. This bill also expands the utilization of the program to the Court of Common Pleas in Kent and Sussex counties and removes numerical limitations on the utilization of such monitoring devices by the listed participating agencies and entities.
