Purpose of the Bill : To encourage private investment in renewable energy resources. It allows private parties to generate energy at non-residential facilities up to 2 megawatts per DP&L meter, 500 kilowatts per DEC meter, and 500 kilowatts per municipal electric meter.
Committee Findings: Common Cause and DNREC support this legislation.
