Purpose of the Bill : This Bill implements the recommendation made by the Commission to the Governor in response to Executive Order 99 giving the State Fire Prevention Commission Authority to establish regulations governing audits of volunteer fire and ambulance companies and the power to impose sanctions for non-compliance.
