Purpose of the Bill : This bill reincorporates the Town of Milton by updating the Milton Charter with changes recommended by Milton's Charter Committee. It will update the Town of Milton's annexation laws, adjust and update the registration and office holding requirements, as well as adjust other procedures applicable to the Town.
Committee Findings: There were no major concerns raised about this bill.
