Purpose of the Bill : This Bill creates special license plates for close relatives of military service members killed in action and veterans of WWI, WWII, Korean, Vietnam, and the current Iraq and Afghanistan missions. This Bill will allow the non–profit organization, the US Submarine Veterans, Inc. and the Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Delaware to obtain special license plates as well.
