Purpose of the Bill : This Bill establishes the Delaware Police Accreditation Commission.


Committee Findings: Rep. Mitchell and Rep. Williams both expressed concerns about HB 347. Both Representatives were concerned about the creation of a Delaware Police Accreditation Commission that does not include members from the large police departments in the state on the commission.
