Purpose of the Bill : This Bill amends outdated sections of the Delaware Code that refer to the Judiciary.
Committee Findings: This Bill corrects the Delaware Code and makes the provisions about the Judiciary up to date with the changes to the Delaware Constitution that occurred in the 143rd General Assembly.
