Purpose of the Bill : To clarify the changes made to SB77 regarding the alternative ways a private utility can receive a CNPN. It also requires that landowners are notified before being included in a utility service area.
Committee Findings: Delmarva Power wanted to ensure it only addressed unincorporated areas.
The Committee released the bill.
