Purpose of the Bill : This Act is intended to create restrictions upon the use of credit information in the provision of insurance for automobiles, motorcycles, boats and personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, homeowners, and certain other types of insurance. The Department of Insurance is charged with promulgating regulations to implement the Act.
