Purpose of the Bill : This Act provides that the periodic reports State agencies, boards and commissions are required by law to report to the General Assembly may, alternatively, be provided to the General Assembly in electronic format. This Act is likely to result in significant cost-savings as well as significantly reduce the volume of materials that must be disposed of or recycled.
Committee Findings: There were no major concerns raised about this legislation.
