Purpose of the Bill : To provide funding towards treatment for those individuals affected by alopecia (hair loss).
Committee Findings: Chairwoman Stone and other committee memebers learned new information about scalp hair prosthesis provided by testimony from Rep. Longhurst, her daughter, and a former Miss Delaware recipient.
