Purpose of the Bill : This Bill changes the minimum size limit of the carapace of lobsters caught in Delaware waters from 5 ½ to 5 ¼ inches beginning July 1, 2008.
Committee Findings: The Committee found that this bill will keep Delaware in compliance with federal regulations on the size limit of the carapace of lobsters.
