Purpose of the Bill : This Bill clarifies the reduction the tax ditch in the tax ditch right-of-way and defines construction and major maintenance rights-of-way and minor maintenance rights-of-way. This Bill also provides for a “grandfathering” of existing permanent structures in the right-of-way.
Committee Findings: The Committee found that the Taskforce on Tax Ditches developed this into a comprehensive consensus bill.
