Purpose of the Bill : Requires that, before the State accepts subdivision roads for maintenance, Department of Transportation personnel must certify that roads have been constructed in accordance with the approved construction plans. Certification must be forwarded to the members of the General Assembly in whose districts the roads are situated.
Committee Findings: No major concerns were expressed about the bill. The committee released the bill with a vote of 8-0.
