Purpose of the Bill : This Bill makes it unlawful for any person to fill a liquefied petroleum gas container in excess of 85 percent (85%) of its water capacity.


Committee Findings: Rep. Walls the prime sponsor of HB 353 made a point to state that this bill exempts small liquefied petroleum gas containers that would be used for recreational activities such as grilling.
