Purpose of the Bill : This Bill will increase the time to file an appeal in family court from 10 days to 30 days.
Committee Findings: Rep. Wagner a sponsor for SB 198 stated this bill increases the time to file an appeal in family court because it is hard to recieve an order through the mail and respond via mail in a timely fashion.
