Purpose of the Bill : This Bill clarifies langugage in Title 8 of the Delaware Code relating to General Corporate Law. This Bill also spefcifies the burden of proof on an application to compel examination of a list as well as replaces the single sanction of ineligibility to stand for election with a grant of broad authority to the Court of the Chancery to fashion approporate relief.
