Purpose of the Bill : Permits the New Castle County Department of Land Use to administratively grant a variance of 15% or 1 foot, whichever is greater, of the required dimensional restrictions. The amendment sunsets in one year if there is no further action by the General Assembly.
Committee Findings: No major concerns were expressed about the bill. The committee released the bill with a vote of 7-0.
