Purpose of the Bill : This Bill would replace the boundary created by geography with districts set by County Rule for the purpose of establishing jurisdiction, thereby allowing the Court to better utilize the resources avaiable to each Justice of the Peace Court location in handling landlord/ tenant actions.
Committee Findings: There were no major concerns raised about this bill.
