Purpose of the Bill : To remove the recently enacted daily public lands blind site fee on public lands managed by the Division of Fish and Wildlife that are included in the divisions's lottery program for the purpose of hunting waterfowl and deer, and replace it with an annual site fee of $20.00. This act only applies to the blind sites covered by the division's lottery program.

Committee Findings: The committee found that the daily fee was a financial burden to hunters on limited incomes. It does not significantly reduce the total hunting permit revenue to the Division of Fish and Wildlife.
