Purpose of the Bill : Allows the public to have greater contribution of opinion on investments in Sussex County through absentee ballots and extends the notice of elections.
Committee Findings: Rep. Viola commented that he learned new information about the voting process involving suburban community improvements. Rep. Hastings stated that this bill would add a clarification of the existing law.
