Purpose of the Bill : This Bill will enhance the means by which a Justice of the Peace Constable may conduct a sale of goods that have been levied upon execution of a chattel judgment. It will allow the court to arrange for alternative action services or other reasonable commercial sales in lieu of Constable’s sale.
