Purpose of the Bill : This Bill establishes the Adult Correction Healthcare Review Committee and sets forth its purpose to provide advice and counsel in relation to the provision of adequate healthcare services to the incarcerated population within the State of Delaware. The Committee shall be required to report to both the Governor and the General Assembly each year regarding the state of inmate healthcare in Delaware.
