Purpose of the Bill : To create “air conditioning” and “gas piping” classes of HVACR Master Restricted licensure. Extends the deadline for HVACR practitioners to obtain licensure to one year from date of enactment.
Committee Findings: After hearing testimony from James Collins, Director of the Division of Professional Regulations, there were no concerns raised about this bill.
