Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE INSURANCE CODE AND PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGER PRACTICES.
Synopsis:This Bill creates a Pharmacy Benefit Manager Practices Act. The purpose of this Act is to establish standards and criteria for the regulation, solvency and licensing of Pharmacy Benefit Managers. This Act is designed to promote, preserve and protect the public health, safety and welfare by and through effective regulation of Pharmacy Benefit Managers’ practices.
