| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND THE CAMDEN TOWN CHARTER RELATING TO ELECTED OFFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TO THE POLICE FORCE. |
| Synopsis: | This Camden Charter Change clarifies that the qualifications for office are for Mayor and Council, increases the minimum age from 18 to 21 and disqualifies felons to bring it in line with §7555(c) of Title 15, and removes the Mayor’s direct authority over individual members of the Camden Police Department.
