| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRIVER LICENSES. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill maintains consistency with House Bill No. 256 passed last year by standardizing the language used to determine the minor’s legitimate sponsor for both Level l Learner’s Permit and motorcycle endorsement applicants. This Bill removes the employer as a specified sponsor for a minor obtaining a license or motorcycle endorsement and requires minor transferring from another state to meet the same experience requirements as those licensed in this State.
