Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTERS 1 AND 45, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES.
Synopsis:This bill clarifies the definition of “Residence District” to make it consistent with the language used in the definition of “Business District”. In addition, this bill codifies certain limitations on parking oversized motor vehicles on the roadway in front of a residence or business contained within a “Residence District”, and establishes certain exemptions to the applicability of the law. The bill shall apply to only New Castle County
