| Long Title: | DIRECTING THE CONTROLLER GENERAL, SECRETARY OF FINANCE AND DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET TO REVIEW AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING DELAWARE GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT AUTHORIZATION STATUTES. |
| Synopsis: | This Resolution requires the Office of Management and Budget, the Secretary of Finance and the Controller General to analyze and make recommendations regarding current statutes dealing with the issuance of general obligation debt. Recommendations are to be presented to the Governor and the General Assembly by March 15, 2009.
