| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SCHOOL ELECTIONS. |
| Synopsis: | This Act clarifies that vacancies on the School Boards shall be filled in accordance with §1054 of Title 14 as well as the procedures for filling a vacancy. It provides that the last notice of election for a school board election appear no later than 5 days before the day of the election so that the notice may appear in local weekly newspapers. It requires that the hours of elections held in accordance with Chapters 19, 20 and 21 be held during the same hours as school board elections (from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.). It also makes other minor corrections.
