| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE LOTTERY. |
| Synopsis: | This Act expands the permissible locations for video lottery wagering to include properties immediately adjacent to those locations where horse racing or harness racing was conducted as of January 1, 1993, provided that such adjacent properties are owned by the video lottery licensee authorized to conduct such horse racing or harness racing.
