| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO A LEVEL 1 LEARNER'S PERMIT. |
| Synopsis: | This bill prohibits a sponsor from allowing the holder of a Level 1 Learner's Permit to drive without the required supervising driver, as defined in the statute. A sponsor who violates the provisions of this bill is guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $575 or incarceration of up to 30 days at Level V, or both, and may include restitution or other conditions as the court considers appropriate (11 Del. C. §4206(c)).
