| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BURGLARY. |
| Synopsis: | It is well-settled that a person may be found guilty of burglary if he or she forms the intent to commit a crime in a building prior to or concurrently with his or her unlawful entry therein. This Act clarifies that a person may also be found guilty of burglary if he or she enters a building unlawfully and thereafter remains in the building after forming the intent to commit a crime therein.
