| Long Title: | REQUESTING THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL TO CONVENE A STAKEHOLDERS WORKGROUP TO CONSIDER THE REGIONAL GREENHOUSE GAS INITIATIVE AND THE DISPOSITION OF REVENUES FROM THE SALE OF CARBON DIOXIDE ALLOWANCES. |
| Synopsis: | This resolution establishes a Workgroup to study how Delaware should address carbon dioxide allowances established under the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, including the amount of allowances to be auctioned and where the funding generated from such auctions will be directed.
