| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND VOLUME 68, CHAPTER 3, LAWS OF DELAWARE AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF ELSMERE" RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES. |
| Synopsis: | This Act amends the Charter of the Town of Elsmere relating to failure to pay property taxes by allowing the Town to pursue legal action starting in the month of January following the date these taxes are due. Property taxes in the Town are currently due annually on September 30th.
