Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 26 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXPANSION OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES OF WATER COMPANIES.
Synopsis:In an effort to provide cost effective potable water service to the Peterson Wildlife Refuge, which is currently owned by the Riverfront Development Corporation and to be managed by the Delaware Nature Society to provide environmental educational opportunities for the public, this Bill exempts the requirement of 25 pounds of pressure for this particular property.
