| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 20 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MEDICAL PERSONNEL PROVIDING VOLUNTEER MEDICAL SERVICES DURING EMERGENCY OR DISASTER RELIEF OPERATIONS. |
| Synopsis: | This legislation will enhance and strengthen Delaware's Medical Corp by ensuring that medical personnel that volunteer their services during emergency and/or disaster relief operations are protected from liability in the same way that state emergency responders are protected.
