Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COORDINATING COUNCIL.
Synopsis:Because an increasing amount of the work undertaken by the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council is legislative in nature, this bill seeks to modify the composition of the Council in order to ensure broad, bipartisan representation from the General Assembly.
