| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SPECIFIC OFFENSES. |
| Synopsis: | This bill ensures that when a person fails to report a missing child and that child becomes a neglected child as a result of the failure to report, that person can be charged with the crime of endangering the welfare of a child.
