| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE MEDICAL PRACTICE ACT AND THE BOARD OF MEDICAL LICENSURE AND DISCIPLINE. |
| Synopsis: | This bill clarifies that the duty of physicians and health care facilities to report under this paragraph is to report changes that result in the partial or full removal of a physician’s hospital privileges as the result of adverse events, unprofessional conduct or competency issues and not to report changes that enhance or add to the physician’s privileges.
