| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE MEDIATION PROGRAM. |
| Synopsis: | This Bill makes it clear that the Superior Court can allow for non-profit legal service providers to perform the function of the HUD-certified housing counselors in the mediation process. Legal Services Corporation of Delaware has been authorized to serve in that role by Superior Court Administrative Directive No. 2011-2 and this bill will allow the Superior Court to preserve that role.
