| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LOW EMISSION VEHICLE PROGRAM. |
| Synopsis: | The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control by regulation has adopted the California Low Emission Vehicle Program effective for all new model year 2014 and subsequent motor vehicles.
This bill requires the General Assembly to approve any such program before it can become effective in Delaware.
The action of the Department adopts all provisions of the California Code of Regulations and adopts any order or enforcement action taken by the California Air Resources Board as such regulations and actions existed on December 1, 2010.
