Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CIVIL ACTIONS.
Synopsis:This Bill establishes a civil recovery act for shoplifted materials from the individual caught shoplifting without the need for filing criminal actions against a defendant.
