Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE AND VOLUMES 70 AND 72 OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE BANK FRANCHISE TAX.
Synopsis:This Act extends the employment tax credit program under the bank franchise tax for an additional 5-year period. Under current law, the employment tax credit program expires at the end of calendar year 2006. The reauthorization achieved by this Act continues the policy of encouraging job creation and economic investment in Delaware.
