Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
Synopsis:This bill creates a tax check-off for Delaware taxpayers to designate contributions to the Delaware Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Fund. The use of contributions will be restricted locally by the Delaware Chapter to benefit Delaware residents.
